Cancellation Policy
*PLEASE READ* To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours before the start of your appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment and are a “no show”, you will not be able to book again in the future. Remember, deposits are non-refundable. You will not receive your deposit back after booking unless there is an emergency on your end. You will not have to pay an additional deposit if you reschedule. Your deposit will simply role over to the new appointment date. You are allowed to reschedule THREE times. After the third, you will have to pay a new deposit!
